I had built a cross draft gasifier, using the exhaust as a processor for the needed heat for the pyrolytic generation and gas separation
The engine is a duel fuel (Gasoline and low quality fuels)( propane, natural gas {methane, hydrogen},and Alcohol) and wood gas, basically if it burns or will combust and chemical separation can take place it is fuel.
I have three particular pollutants I concern myself with, Chlorides, Sulfurs, and Nitrites, all three of these can form acids that damage the environment, and effect the condition of equipment, and most importantly human life.
These three elements occur during combustion and the pyrolytic process, Chlorides from plastics and rubber, sulfur from oils and rubber, and Nitrites from the chemical reaction of atmospheric combustion and oxygen. The key is clean GAS at all times, remove particulates and water, as well as prevent excessive corrosive conditions, when water molecules combine with any of the three element S, CL, N, they form a weak acid, but pass through a column of lime stone helps neutralize and collect solids the could effect the operation of the engine.
The solids left over are used or recycled into concrete statuettes walking paths or stones and the like, do not use the material in the garden or around play areas, or bird bathes. Calcium Chlorides are used in Concrete work all the time to help cure faster, carbon sulfurs, are organic material that promote some mosses to grow upon, this helps the natural appearance of the path stones.
"Remember waste is only a raw material too, or for something else".
The only way to make this process work, is by profits, marketing and the sale of goods, much of my fuel is donations, and God supplies all of it, final bad science of Global Warming gives me the rest.
I am working on a riding zero turn mower and bagger unit, leaf mulcher. This will power for the rest of the winter.
I am working on several ideas, the experiments proved true, and the build will begin this time next year God Willing, a micro cellulosic alcohol plant, as I mow yards, I recover the yard waste, for both my truck and turf machines, and snow thrower.
I do not forget where all power comes from, GADAL, The Hebrew word for mighty power, Phonically transliterated to the English word GAD, to form GOD. May God Bless those whom read this, and Guide the hand that builds more then I.
