Gasifier Plans

Just an update guys,

Victory will no longer offer gasifier plans. Some people with no gasification experience thought that they would take our NON-COMMERCIAL plan sets and go manufacture them for a fast buck. Since most people's welds look like bird shit, this has the potential to get somebody hurt, get us sued and generate bad headlines that could hurt the entire field of gasification.

I know most of you are hard working folk with good intentions, but a couple bad apples really do ruin the pie. My suggestion is to go to our Resource Section and work from the Fluidyne plans as a starter. They are easy to start with and make a good base to learn and improve from. The creator of those plans is Doug Williams in New Zealand. He has done alot to revive and reinvigorate gasification knowledge. His site is http://www.fluidynenz.250x.com/

Most people want to start with a perfect plan set and we were trying to deliver that, but it invites too much temptation for fast buck seekers and in the end you probably wouldn't learn as much as if you started with something good and experimented. Alot of what makes a gasifier work well is in the operators head and that is valuable and hard won knowledge. I hope you endeavor to earn it. There is a whole community of people that would love to help you along the way if you can just take the first step and start.
